Way back in the early 2000s we found ourselves living in Portland, OR, becoming more dedicated by the day to animal rights causes. And like any aficionado worth their weight, we wanted to wear our beliefs on a tee shirt. But it was slim pickens, in our opinion, there was not a shirt to be found that was smart enough or stylish enough for either of us to wear. And we're not snobs, we swear!

Now it's 2010 and we are elated residents of the world's only All-Vegan Mini-Mall. We ship Herbivore goods all over the world, and we have a rescued Bassett named Sassy. She is very, very afraid of you.

If you come by our store, we'll probably talk your ear off about where to eat in Portland, how to navigate our cities public transit, how to have a successful vegan pregnancy or heavy metal music. We may be listening to Dio (RIP), Ted Leo, Bhangra, Reggae, or maybe even Journey. It all depends on the day.
