Ani will be the first to tell you that raw food is more than a diet - it is a lifestyle. While many of her recipes do not require a dehydrator or fancy kitchen equipment, you will need a food processor and a good set of knives! But is it ever worth it!
Recipes from breakfast to dessert, cheezes, kreams, pate's, burgers, "pasta" or noodle dishes, pickling, soups, dressings, sauces....Lots of the recipes can be combined or subsituted with others, and there are ample opportunities to use a raw recipe in a more traditional cooked meal. Who says you can't put a raw burger on some whole grain bread? Not Ani!
