Working on a cookbook for new ethical vegans is difficult. Hours of cooking, hours of eating. We are doing it for the new vegans, and of course for the animals that will be saved. These bread stacks are what we have been diligently perfecting the past several days. They are an homage to the veggie rolls at a certain grocery store often nicknamed "whole paycheck."
We'll share details about the book soon, but for now, it's time to think about pot pies and polenta! And mad props to the cookbook authors out there, it really is hard work!
