Usually when I see the words "low-fat" I tend to run in the opposite direction in search for the cookbook that calls for half a tub of earth balance. But After putting aside my initial fear of fat-free, I began to seriously consider taking this one home. The recipes look absolutely delicious (despite their lack of earth balance over load) and very simple to make with wholesome, easy to find ingredients. This could be a keeper.
