Broken down in to chapters covering the necessities like cookies, bars, muffins, cakes, pies & the like...then it moves into pastries and the more savory yeasted breads....delish!
A great little chapter for home-made vegan "eazy bake oven style" treats for the kiddos and a frostings chapter round it all out. The recipes are written with convenience in mind - very direct, fewer messy bowls it seems, and the results are a pleasure.
Like I said, this is a bargain at $12.95!
