  • Questions? Please email orders@herbivoreclothing.com
  • What shipping options does Herbivore offer?

All of our packages are shipped via USPS. In an effort to get you the goods speedily, we ship at least four days a week. International packages are also shipped USPS, with delivery confirmation where available, which isn't many places.

  • How much will shipping cost on my package?

When you put items in your cart you can hit the calculate shipping button to get an exact cost for your order.

  • My order was shipped 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten it. What should I do?

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: It's best to first check the address we shipped to, which was provided to us when you checked out. We send two emails to a purchaser; when we receive the order and and when your package is shipped. Did you get those emails? Please find them and see that the proper address was provided. Email us (orders@herbivoreclothing.com) if it was not. If it was, please check with your local post office to see if the package is waiting for you, otherwise, email us and we'll help you out!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It can take a VERY long time for your package to get to you, even if you are only in Canada. Please be patient. It typically takes 3 weeks for international orders to arrive, but it is not uncommon for it to take longer. We apologize that tracking for international order is not available online through USPS. If it has been over a month since your order was shipped and you need personal assistance with these matters, just get in touch and we will figure it out!

  • I am trying to order something but it doesn't look like you have my size. What's up with that?

It is likely that the item you want is currently out of stock. We're sorry! It is probably only a temporary issue. Please check back and see if we have more in stock at another time. You can always email us to see when we'll have it back, too. Thanks!

  • How can I pay for my orders?

We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard and through Paypal.

If you'd like, you can also call in your order at our store. Call 503.281.TOFU (8638) and we'll happily help you out.

  • It doesn't appear you ship to my country. What can I do?

Due to fraud concerns we do not allow orders to be shipped to certain countries without personal contact from the buyer. If you'd like to order from us but your country is disallowed, email us and we will take care of you.
  • I have a question, who should I ask?

Write to us orders@herbivoreclothing.com! We're helpful and nice and might even make you laugh. We'll definitely tell you all about our products and give you recommendations.

  • Return Policy and Exchange Process

All returns and exchanges must be done in a timely manner. 3 months is not timely, FYI.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE

Mail returns/exchanges to us with your invoice (or at least invoice date and number) and instructions for return/exhange (ie. different style, size). Be sure to provide a phone number or the best email address to contact you if we have questions. If you have received a damaged item please contact us and we will gladly help you out.
  • It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide the invoice number or at least the email address you used to purchase the item, and that you include your name, shipping address, and a note with instructions.

**We do not exchange items that have been washed, worn, ARE COVERED IN DOG OR CAT HAIR, or that have overwhelming smells (perfume, oils, etc.) These items are not in saleable condition. We also do NOT exchange or return books, unless they are damaged or defective.** We really mean it about animal hair. While we love animals and live with animals, people with allergies can't wear a shirt that Fluffy slept on.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Herbivore, and Herbivore will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent. This applies to all first exchanges in the US and Canada, shipping for any additional exchanges on the order are the customers responsiblity.

At this time, we cannot cover the costs to re-send items on international orders. Shipping charges will be billed through paypal via a "money request."

  • Is your site secure?

Because we know how important security is for our customers, Herbivore has taken great measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of ordering information such as credit card numbers, addresses and personal data. Herbivore uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for encrypting data transmitted over the internet. SSL was created by Netscape and is supported by most internet browsers, including Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer. If you see a blue line at the top of your window and a symbol (usually in the lower portion of your screen) that looks like a lock and key, then you are protected by SSL protocol. Other browsers use similar, but not necessarily identical, indicators.

  • Will Herbivore donate something for my group to auction off?

If you're a group promoting animal rights or veganism, most likely. We support everybody we can. Email Deanna.herbivore@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
  • Are you hiring?

    We aren't. But good luck!

  • Do you have any internships available?

We don't, but we wish you luck in your search.

  • How can I get my stuff sold at Herbivore?

Well, first and foremost, everything in our store is vegan and we prefer to work with companies that are vegan or vegetarian owned or started, or sell things which have been  designed by a vegan or veggie designer. We do our very best to make sure nothing we sell was made under exploitive labor conditions like those in a sweatshop.

If you are still in the running, feel free to get in touch. We like a wide variety of things, but we can't carry everything we like due to space restraints. Don't let this scare you off, we absolutely adore small veg*n companies and want to know about all of them and work with as many as we can. Write us! orders@herbivoreclothing.com

  • If you're having trouble with our website, we're very sorry. Please email orders@herbivoreclothing.com and let us know.

  • What kind of shirts does Herbivore use?

We use American Apparel and Royal Apparel for many of our designs. They are not sweatshops and are made in the USA. The other brands we use are ONNO and Alternative Apparel. These items are not always made in the USA but are not made in sweatshops!
  • Are your products available for wholesale?

Yes, we do have a wholesale program. For more information please email krysti.herbivore@gmail.com.

Bullying anybody at this company via email will get your order cancelled and your money refunded and you will not be allowed to order from us again. Bullying anybody in our store will get you banned for life. If you are a bully, go take a long hard look at why you treat people like that and ask yourself if it really gets you what you want.
