Okay, love the layout of this book. Easy to read and great photos. About 1/3 of the book provides information from reasons to be vegan, health and nutrition facts, and descriptions of ingredients used in the book that newby vegan might not be used to. The remainder of the book is full of healthy, fresh, tasty recipes. This is a great starter book because of all of the info, but anyone who wants to eat a healthy vegan diet will appreciate the recipes. This book is very heavy on the veggies and very creative yet simple and easy to follow. Great for people who want to eat healthy without getting bored with their veggies and don't have a lot of time to prepare meals. Oh, and don't worry, Alicia didn't skip the dessert!
