This book is a winner. Lindsay incorporates healthy eating with easy cooking! Woo! Each recipe is made with no added fats, using only whole, plant-based foods. Her philosophy is to use the fewest number of ingredients and only ingredients that can be easily found at any store, on any budget. I could get used to this.
