Returns & Exchanges

Please read the following policy carefully before emailing us.
We can only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
Shoes may only be returned or exchanged if they meet the following criteria:
- Shoes must be in brand new condition.
- Shoes cannot have been worn outside.
- Shoes must be accompanied by the original packaging and transaction information.
Return shipping to Herbivore is the responsibility of the customer. If you desire an exchange, Herbivore will cover the cost of shipping the 1st exchange item back to you. Any subsequent returns or exchanges will incur additional shipping costs.
At this time we can only cover the cost of shipping the exchange items back to you if you are within the contiguous United States. Any shipping costs associated with international returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We will email you with return instructions once your return or exchange has been approved.
Returns and Exchanges on all other items:
All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be no exceptions.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. Food items are FINAL SALE.
Mail returns/exchanges to us with your invoice (or at least invoice date and number) and instructions for return/exhange (ie. different style, size). Be sure to provide a phone number or the best email address to contact you if we have questions. If you have received a damaged item please contact us and we will gladly help you out.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide the invoice number or at least the email address you used to purchase the item, and that you include your name, shipping address, and a note with instructions. We like to think we are amazing and provide wowing customer service, but we do not have the ability to read your mind.
**We do not exchange items that have been washed, worn, ARE COVERED IN DOG OR CAT HAIR, or that have overwhelming smells (perfume, oils, etc.)
We do NOT accept returns on food items.
We do NOT exchange or return books, unless they are damaged or defective.**
ALL SALE ITEMS AND FOOD ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Herbivore (unless the item is defective or we made an error in your shipment), and Herbivore will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent. This applies to all first exchanges in the US and Canada, shipping for any additional exchanges on the order are the customers responsibility.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.
