Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be no exceptions.
Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Mail returns/exchanges to us with your invoice (or at least invoice date and number) and instructions for return/exhange (ie. different style, size). Be sure to provide a phone number or the best email address to contact you if we have questions. If you have received a damaged item please contact us and we will gladly help you out.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide the invoice number or at least the email address you used to purchase the item, and that you include your name, shipping address, and a note with instructions. We like to think we are amazing and provide wowing customer service, but we do not have the ability to read your mind.
**We do not exchange items that have been washed, worn, ARE COVERED IN DOG OR CAT HAIR, or that have overwhelming smells (perfume, oils, etc.) These items are not in saleable condition. We also do NOT exchange or return books, unless they are damaged or defective.**
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Herbivore (unless the item is defective or we made an error in your shipment), and Herbivore will pay the shipping for the new item to be sent. This applies to all first exchanges in the US and Canada, shipping for any additional exchanges on the order are the customers responsibility.
We do not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless the item is defective.
