The Blossom Cookbook is full of delicious, flavorful recipes from the Blossom family of restaurants. Authors Ronen Seri and Pamela Elizabeth are the long-time vegans (since the mid '90s!) and animal welfare advocates who cofounded the Blossom franchise.
